LEGAL BASES OF THE INSTAGRAM CONTEST "INVISIBLE ORTHODONTICS AND IN-PERSON COURSE"
1. Contest organizer:
The contest “Invisible Orthodontics by Dr. Susana Palma” is organized by Susana Palma Training with headquarters at Postas 10, Ciudad Real, Spain, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. Eligibility:
The contest is open to all persons over the age of 18 who meet the requirements to participate (orthodontists), in accordance with local and national laws. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
3. Duration:
The contest will begin on 10/12/2023 and end on 10/15/2024. All entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Contest mechanics:
To participate, contestants must follow the following steps:

5. Selection of the winner:
The winner will be selected by raffle, through an email-compatible raffle app where we will enter the entire database obtained through the registration landing page.
6. Prize:
The winner will receive an in-person invisible orthodontics course with Dr. Susana Palma in any in-person course in 2024. The prize is personal and non-transferable.
7. Use of the image:
The winner grants the Organizer the right to use his or her name and image in any promotional materials related to the contest without additional compensation.
8. Protection of personal data:
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for contest administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
9. Modifications and termination:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
10.Applicable law:
This contest is governed by the laws of Spain and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ciudad Real to resolve any dispute that may arise.
