LEGAL BASIS FOR THE RAFFLE OF A FREE COURSE WITH DR. SUSANA PALMA IN 2025

1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST

The purpose of this promotion is to draw for a place in the course “Biomechanics with aligners in growing patients in combination with RNO and RMR. 4-day course” in Florence from March 19th to 22nd, given by Dr. Susana Palma. The contest will be governed by the present legal bases.

2. ORGANIZER

The organizer of the contest is Inversiones Patrimoniales SyP SL, with address at C/Postas 10, Ciudad Real, Spain.

3. PARTICIPANTS

The contest is open to all persons over 18 years of age and/or be a doctor in orthodontics and/or work in the field, residents of Spain, Europe and Asia who meet the conditions set out in these legal bases. Participation is free of charge.

4. MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST

  1. To participate, those interested must fill out an entry form and follow us on Instagram at @susanapalmamoya.
  2. Once enrolled, each participant will be assigned a participation number that will correspond with a 3-digit number in order of participation.
  3. The winner will be determined based on the last four digits of the prize “El Gordo” of the Spanish Christmas Lottery to be held on December 22, 2024.

5. COMPETITION DATES

– Participation period: From April 2023 to December 15, 2024.

– Drawing: December 22, 2024

– Publication of the winner: The same December 22 or within 72 hours after the drawing, via email and/or through the official account of @susanapalmamoya on Instagram.

6. PRIZE

The winner will receive a place for the course of “Biomechanics with aligners in growing patients in combination with RNO and RMR. 4-day course” in Florence, taught by Dr. Susana Palma. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or any other product or service. Nor can it be substituted for another course already booked or reserved previously. If for any reason you cannot attend the course you will lose the prize.

If the winner has already booked the same course that is being raffled, the course organization reserves the right to choose the replacement course.

To receive the prize is an indispensable condition, the transfer of image rights and data of the winner, for the appearance in social networks, mailing, media and advertising and the appearance of any media that echoes this draw.

7. COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNER

The winner will be announced through the official channels of the company, mail or social networks. The winner will also be contacted directly using the information provided in his/her registration.

In the event that the winner does not respond to the notification before the end of 2024, the prize will be declared void through the company’s official channels.

  5. The winner of the prize will only receive the prize of Dr. Susana Palma’s course, excluding travel, lodging and per diem costs.

  1. This contest shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with the contest, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Ciudad Real.
